Will there be a refund in the event of expired/incorrect products received?
We do not provide monetary refunds. Instead, we will propose a one-to-one exchange, or store credits for your next purchase with us.
What are your delivery fees?
Our delivery fee is a flat rate of $15, but we offer free delivery for orders of $150 or more.
What are the available modes of payment?
You can only make payment via PayNow.
How soon can I expect my products to be delivered?
Our standard delivery time is 2-4 working days from the date of your order.
Do I need to have an account to make a purchase?
No, however, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, your account with us will allow us to identify which orders belongs to you. Additionally, it allows you to monitor the status of your orders for any recent or upcoming purchases.
