Proposed Terms:
- Minimum Contract Duration: 1 Year
- Retainer Fee applies as above
- New relationship will be given Introductory Fee Schedule for 1st Year. Subsequent year ventures and beyond will follow the Fixed Year Schedule.
- Our contract to you will also include market research/surveys you require for your company, relationship management between KENRYU and the client to ensure continual sales revenue for your business, price negotiations that we will assist to mediate and provide an intermediary feedback channel for both parties.

Proposed Terms:
- A yearly service fee is charged at SGD $8,000 for a minimum 1 year contract with KENRYU.
- Independent sales services by KENRYU. No coverage of customer feedback or market research provided. All negotiations and follow ups will rely on your business resources.
